Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation for QoS in IEEE 802.16 Broadband Wireless Networks

Abstract: IEEE 802.16 broadband wireless access (BWA) technology is suitable for providing multimedia applications without accessing the wired networks directly. Although IEEE 802.16 standard well defines the quality of service (QoS) framework, it makes no specific recommendation with regard to the bandwidth allocation.
