Abstract:Changes in the environment and the speed with which many companies adapt to them lead to exploring the adaptation process. In other words, the authors question the development of dynamic capabilities and how it is linked to resilience and organizational ambidexterity. Companies that effectively address these challenges will be better positioned to thrive in the environment. This chapter attempts a detailed analysis of the interactions between dynamic capabilities, resilience, and ambidexterity.
