Abstract: 1046 Background: Trastuzumab Deruxtecan (TDXd), a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that combines trastuzumab with a topoisomerase I inhibitor, has recently demonstrated high efficacy in HER2-overexpressing breast cancer after trastuzumab failure.
