Dynamic Electrolyte Spreading during Meniscus-Confined Electrodeposition and Electrodissolution of Copper for Surface Patterning

Abstract: Meniscus-confined electrodeposition and electrodissolution are a facile maskless approach to generate controlled surface patterns and 3D microstructures.
