Dynamic prostate cancer transcriptome analysis delineates the trajectory to disease progression.

Abstract: Comprehensive genomic studies have delineated key driver mutations linked to disease progression for most cancers. However, corresponding transcriptional changes remain largely elusive because of the bias associated with cross-study analysis.
