Path and location tracking are one of the main interesting and fast growing applications in Mobile and Wireless Communications. The developments of such systems have interested many research, industrial and government bodies with solutions that range in scale and accuracy. The GPS system, Cell based tracking in cellular networks are just few examples. However such technologies have their limitations. GPS does not work inside buildings, cellular systems are not owned by organizations and only work with mobile phones and have high subscriptionfees.The prototype implemented in this paper illustrates a simple path and location tracking system within an organization based on its available infrastructure Wi-Fi network. By using signal strength and histories ofaccess points used by a mobile node we can provide an approximate determination of the location in the services area and also the moved path of the mobile node. In our work we use web services for location services to enable queries and manage the path and location of the mobile node. The system has shown impressive results that enable software developers to provide useful types of location based service applications for organizational tasks.

Today, the networked appliances are evolving toward service-enabled networked appliances by service oriented computing. They can be advertising the functionality of devices in the terms of services that can be offer to the network. The user and other networked appliances would become possible to creating a new virtual appliance by composite those services. In this paper, we present the service score calculated mechanism for planner process which use to select the best service for composition in our framework.

Recently, more and more enterprises are embracing SOA paradigm to integrate and implement interoperable, robust and platform-independent distributed applications. Therefore, service discovery and composition become two main tasks which have gained great momentum. In order to improve the efficiency of service discovery and composition, a method is proposed in this paper. Firstly, some concepts and operations are defined. Then a composition algorithm is introduced in detail after definition. In addition, a QoS-aware evaluation method based on maximizing deviation calculation is proposed to resolve the problem of service selection. An instance and some simulation experiments are illustrated at last. The result shows it is an efficient and effective method for service discovery and composition
