Abstract:A dynamically tunable Fano resonator device with integrated graphene has been designed. It is capable of addressing the fixed performance of conventional sensors based on metal-insulator-metal (MIM) waveguides. The resonant frequency of the Fano resonance can be dynamically tuned over a wide range of frequency by regulating the bias voltage of the graphene for flexible tuning and optimized system performance, while maintaining a very high figure of merit (FOM).
