Abstract:The structure and dynamics of polystyrene‐b‐poly(ethylene oxide) (PS‐b‐PEO) block copolymers (BCPs) were studied. The BCPs exhibited microphase separated cylindrical and lamellar morphologies. Structural dynamics were measured with X‐ray photon correlation spectroscopy (XPCS) in the small‐angle regime. Morphologies and domain sizes were evaluated using small angle x‐ray scattering (SAXS), scanning electron microscopy, and atomic force microscopy. Different solvent processing conditions were investigated. Grain… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
