Abstract:The susceptibility of transformed information to the magnetic field and a qubit system is investigated for the Kane solid state computer. It is shown that the field polarization and initial state of the system play an essential role in the abrupt and gradual quench of purity and fidelity. If the field and initial state have different polarizations, then purity and fidelity decrease abruptly, whereas if the polarizations are the same the decay is smooth. For certain classes of initial states, information is sen… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
