Dyskeratosis Congenita

Abstract: A case of dyskeratosis congenita has been documented for the first time in an Indian patient. It began soon after birth with the formation of bullae at traumatic sites, masquerading as epidermolysis bullosa. Nail changes and pigmentary changes appeared simultaneously at the age of 4 years. This seems to be the seventh reported case resulting from a fourth consanguineous marriage.
