E-BOOT: Preventing Boot-Time Entropy Starvation in Cloud Systems

Abstract: Due to the impracticability of generating true randomness by running deterministic algorithms in computers, boot-loaders and operating systems undergo the lack of enough supplies of entropy at boot-time.
