Abstract: SummaryFor patients with relapsed or refractory AML, sequential conditioning prior to allogeneic stem cell transplantation (alloSCT) is an established and potentially curative treatment option. Early response to treatment during conditioning indicates chemotherapy‐responsive disease and may have prognostic value.
