Early myocardial dysfunction following subarachnoid haemorrhage

Abstract: Like systolic dysfunction (SD), diastolic dysfunction (DD) has recently been proposed as a contributing factor in haemodynamic instability and in the genesis of pulmonary oedema, but its occurrence in subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) patients has not been described.
