Early Years Research Elective: Changing Perspectives and Dealing with Uncertainty

Abstract: Uncertainty is ever-present within the medical profession. To effectively manage uncertainty, future doctors must develop key competencies including resilience, creativity and adaptability along with the capacity for collaboration and embracing multiculturalism.
