Eating Out and In Between: Observations from the Pop-Up Restaurant Scene in Estonia

Abstract: The article focuses on a particular form of consumption in contemporary culture-pop-up restaurants-from the ethnological viewpoint, drawing on our ongoing research in Estonia.
