Abstract:A 21-year-old woman with Ebstein's anomaly was admitted with syncope on exertion, fatigue and dyspnea (NYHA III). Physical examination revealed systolic apical murmur. Echocardiography showed normal LVEF, apical displacement of the septal tricuspid leaflet, severe tricuspid regurgitation, right ventricle dilatation and dysfunction.
