Abstract:This study assesses the mechanical, thermal, and dielectric properties, as well as the conductivity and water contact angle, of eco‐friendly polyethylene oxide (PEO) and aluminium oxyhydroxide (AlOOH) films prepared using water as a green solvent for fabricating flexible nanodielectric devices.
