Abstract: Ecological flow refers to the minimum amount of water that must be maintained in a body of water to protect and preserve aquatic ecosystems. This article aims to analyze the function of ecological flow to address the reproduction of the natural hydrological regime of the San Rodrigo River, Coahuila, Mexico.
