Ecological Postulates of the National Environmental Policy (on the Example of the Russian Federation)

Abstract: The article, using the example of the Russian Federation, considers a number of environmental postulates that the authors consider to be the necessary condition and at the same time content for the successful implementation of the national environmental policy. The authors investigate the high-quality environmental law; effective working mechanisms for monitoring and supervising its compliance; and the inevitability of legal liability for violation of environmental legal norms.
