Ecossistema do turismo de base comunitária: uma análise a partir dos negócios com impacto social em Corumbá-MS

Abstract

The objective is to analyze the TBC ecosystem from the impact business of Corumbá-MS. In theory, business with impact, TBC and business ecosystem were discussed. The research has an exploratory character with the qualitative approach. Semi-structured interviews were used. The research subjects were the social business entrepreneurs with impact from Corumbá-MS. The collected data were treated according to content analysis. Impacting businesses have reported that they follow the precepts of the solidarity economy. The Pantanal is known for its fishing tourism, and there is no development of tourist activities that enhance, or even positively influence, social enterprises. The fact that businesses link their activities with local socio-cultural characteristics may influence the development of TBC. Business ecosystem involves all agents that can influence a venture in different ways, but was not observed in the study. The focus on fishing tourism does not value the cultural aspects worked by TBC's enterprises.
