Abstract: Introduction-We describe the case of a patient Ectopic Cushing's syndrome without founding any extrapituitary tumour secreting adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH).In the literature there are only a few reported cases and generally the site of the tumor is subsequently identi ed.
