Edge-assisted decorrelators are useful in realization of asynchronous CDMA reception with considerably low complexity and low detection delay. However the one-shot decorrelator, which is used to assist the signal detection in edgeassisted decorrelators, put constraint on the number of users that are supported. An edge assisted classical decorrelator (EACD) is reported in literature for improved performance against multiuser interference in asynchronous CDMA. In this paper a multistage partial parallel interference cancellation (PPIC) with an idea of one shot is proposed to use for edge estimations in EACD. The proposed scheme improves the performance and user capacity of EACD in asynchronous CDMA systems.
