Editorial Commentary: Don't Throw Away the Retractors: Complications of Open Versus Arthroscopic Rotator Cuff Repair Could Be Influenced by Indications

Abstract: Shoulder surgeons must carefully interpret literature that compares outcomes and complications of open and arthroscopic rotator cuff repair techniques. It is important for shoulder surgeons to be facile with both techniques.
