Educational Materials for IoT Aware Secure Industrial Robot

Abstract

In recent years, the introduction of IoT devices in industrial systems has been important for the realization of Industry 4.0. Also, several educational robotics systems have been released to develop practical human resources. However, they do not incorporate state-of-the-art security, such as standardized algorithms for authenticated encryption, in the face of increasing cyber-attacks on IoT devices. Therefore, this study developed an educational robot system that includes elements of robot arm control and secure device-to-device communication.
