Effect and Optimization of the Process Parameters on the Surface Morphology of the 3D Elliptical Vibration Cutting

Abstract: Traditional cutting process reduce cutting force by increasing cutting speed and the sharpness of tip, and elliptical vibration cutting is a new cutting method, not only to overcome the shortcomings of traditional cutting process, but also can enhance the shape accuracy and system stability of the work piece, slow the wear of the tools.
