Effect nanoparticles silicon carbide on the characteristics of solar cells based on lutetium diphthalocyanine

Abstract: Composites nanoparticles silicon carbide with lutetium diphthalocyanine were created. The size and shape nanoparticles silicon carbide, as well as their phase composition, were determined by electron microscopy. The absorption spectra of nanoparticles silicon carbide, a solution of lutetium diphthalocyanine, and a composite nanoparticles silicon carbide with lutetium diphthalocyanine were measured.
