Effect of adjunctive prophylactic macrolides used at the caesarean section on endometritis and surgical site wound infection: A meta‐analysis

Abstract: A meta‐analysis investigation was executed to measure the outcome of adjunctive prophylactic macrolides (APM) used at caesarean section (CS) on endometritis and surgical site wound infection (SSWI). A comprehensive literature inspection till February 2023 was applied and 1023 interrelated investigations were reviewed.
