Effect of Backward Walking Training on Dynamic Balance in Children with Spastic Hemiplegic Cerebral Palsy

Abstract: Purpose This study aimed to investigate changes in dynamic balance after backward walking training in children with spastic hemiplegic cerebral palsy. Methods To control potentially confounding variables and to assess the immediate effect of backward walking training, the same exercise was repeated once over a 20 minute period.
