“…The BDS of the ceramics can be improved through increasing density, eliminating large size pore and reducing the grain size [2][3][4]. Because the relative density of all the xSrZrO 3 -(1−x)SrTiO 3 (x≥0.01) specimens is higher than 96%, the effect of density on the dielectric properties can be neglected [9].
