Abstract:Background: The effects of Ca+2 on virulence and some parameters were tried to be analyzed in this study. P. aeruginosa and B. cereus were used as Gram (-) bacteria as a control and Gram (+) bacteria as a control. Both bacteria are soil bacteria. Results: Amylase; P. aeruginosa is 102% increase in 0.1 M Ca+2 concentrations and B. cereus caused an increase in 123%. Biofilm P. aeruginosa; 200% increase in 0.1 M Ca+2 concentrations.
