Effect of Electron–Electron Scattering on Spin Transport in Trilayer Graphene

Abstract: Theoretical study of the effect of electron-electron scattering on spin transport in trilayer graphene is studied in this paper using semiclassical Monte Carlo simulation. We have taken into consideration both ABA and ABC stacking of trilayer graphene. We have used both D'yakonov-Perel (DP) and Elliot-Yafet (EY) spin relaxation mechanisms in our simulation.
