Effect of Functional Movement Training on Cognition and Emotion in the Elderly People

Abstract: Existing literature documents that the physical exercise has positive effects on cognition and emotion function in elderly. However, whether the functional movement training will improve the cognition and emotion is remains obscure. We enrolled 58 subjects (65-75 years old) in this research and randomly divided as control group without training (CG) and the training group (TG).
