Effect of maturity on the phytonutrient composition of Cape gooseberry seeds (Physalis peruviana L.)

Abstract: The seeds of Cape gooseberry (Physalis peruviana L.) remain as a by-product from juice production, but they can also be a potential resource of valuable nutrients.
