Abstract:Porous Mg alloys scaffolds are considered as an attractive strategy for bone repair due to their good biodegradability, biocompatibility, and suitable mechanical properties. In this study, porous Mg‐1Zn‐1Ca‐xMn (x = 0, 0.2, 0.5, 0.8) scaffolds with cubic pore structure were prepared, and the size of main pore and interconnected pores of the scaffolds were predicted to be 355∽450 μm, and 30∽50 μm, respectively. Among the four scaffolds, Mg‐1Zn‐1Ca‐0.8Mn scaffold possessed good mechanical properties, with a maxi… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
