Effect of Modification and Hydrothermal Ageing on Properties of 3D-Printed Wood Flour–Poly(butylene succinate)–Poly(lactic acid) Biocomposites

Abstract: Wood flour–poly(butylene succinate)–poly(lactic acid) biocomposite samples were prepared by fused-deposition-molding 3D-printing technology, and modifications with glycerol and a silane coupling agent (KH550) were carried out. The samples were then hydrothermally aged. Modification with glycerol and KH550 enhanced the hydrophilicity of the samples and increased their tensile strength.
