Effect of modified murashige and skoog medium on chrysanthemum tissue culture

Abstract: Propagation of chrysanthemum through tissue culture can produce superior plants in large and uniform quantities and sterile cultures (motherstock) can be obtained so that they can be used as material for further propagation.
