Effect of Oxygen on Host Cell Reactivation in Bacteroides fragilis

Abstract: Host cell reactivation was induced by oxygen in Bacteroides fragilis . Chloramphenicol inhibited the induction of host cell reactivation. DNA and protein syntheses were not inhibited during oxygen-induced host cell reactivation.
