Abstract: 코로나 방전(corona discharge)이나 유전체장벽방전(dielectric barrier discharge, DBD)등의 방식은 대기압에서 공기 또는 산소(O 2 )를 OH라디칼, 과산화수소(H 2 O 2 ) 및 오존(O 3 ) 등 활 성산소종(reactive oxygen species)과, 질산염(NO 3 -)같은 활 성질소종(reactive nitrogen species, RNS) 등을 생성한다
