Effect of probiotics on digestive metabolism in growing and laying poultry birds

Abstract: The use of probiotics and enzyme preparations in poultry diets to intensify digestive metabolism in the body is a very pressing problem. The aim of the research was to study the effect of enzyme preparations of protosubtilin GZh and celloviridineG20h, as well as the probiotics of bifidumbacterin on the processes of digestive metabolism in growing birds and laying hens. In the course of the studies, it was found that the joint supplementation of the probiotic BifidumSKhZh at the rate of 5 g per 200 heads, enzym… Show more

“…Moreover, they begin to actively give off mold toxinsmycotoxins, which are very often resistant to high temperature, enzymatic treatment even when the fungusproducer is lost. Their danger is caused by the carcinogenic and mutagenic action of all known mold toxins, as well as the inhibitory action on the digestive enzymes and the growth rate of young birds Temiraev et al, 2020;Tedtova et al, 2017).…”

“…Among these drugs are well established enzyme preparations (Anchikov & Kislyuk, 1999;Kuzmin, 2004 Kaloev et al, 2020.). The feeding of probiotics and enzymes like lecithin was found to be useful in poultry production (Temiraev et al 2020 andKaloev et al 2020) However, it should be borne in mind that high productivity indicators of farm animals and poultry provide for the intensification of metabolic processes in the body, which affect the biochemical status of blood. Blood, due to its buffering properties, quickly reacts, by changing its indicators, to the impact of various feed factors, which are one of the main external factors affecting the blood picture of animals and poultry.…”

“…They are necessary to form eubiosis and improve the overall resistance of the bird's body to unfavourable factors. Usually, the number of bifidobacteria which perform some important functions in the body: protect the intestinal mucosa from penetration of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms into the blood decreases in the intestine (Kokaeva et al, 2017;Temiraev et al, 2020). The aim of this research was to study the effect of probiotic Bifidum-SHG and antioxidant Santochinum on nutrients digestibility and absorption with aflatoxin B 1 tolerance level in the diets of rearing flocks and laying hens.…”
