Effect of progressive resisted exercises and aerobic exercises in the management of polycystic ovarian syndrome among young women- A pilot randomized controlled trial

Abstract: Introduction and Aim: Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a heterogenous, multisystem endocrinopathy in women of reproductive age also called as Stein Leventhal syndrome. PCOS is a common female endocrine disorder with prevalence ranging from 2.2% to 26%. Prevalence of PCOS in Indian adolescents is 9.13%.
