Effect of Scapulothoracic Joint Movement and Resistance Training Intensity on Shoulder Complex Muscle Activation during Bench Press Exercise

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the scapulothoracic joint movement between different weight bearing contributing to effective bench press exercise. Ten male subjects participated in this study.
