Effect of sensory inputs on the motor evoked potentials in the wrist flexor muscle during the robotic passive stepping in humans

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to reveal whether the stepping-related afferent feedback modulates the motor evoked potentials (MEPs) in the wrist flexor muscle in humans. MEPs generated in flexor carpi radialis muscle (FCR) by transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) were recorded during robotic-assisted passive stepping and standing conditions.
