Abstract:To determine the suitable temperature of and total lipid content and fatty acid composition in six strains of Chrysophyta and provide a scientific basis for its comprehensive utilization and development. The effects of temperatures on the growth were studied and their total lipid content and fatty acid composition were analyzed.
