Effect of Varying Bottom Topography on the Radiation of Water Waves by a Floating Rectangular Buoy

Abstract: In the present study, the effect of an undulated bottom topography on the radiation of water waves by a floating rectangular buoy is analyzed. Various physical quantities of interest such as the added mass and damping coefficients associated with the surge, heave, and pitch motions are analyzed for a variety of parameters associated with the incident waves and bottom undulations.
