Effect of Yogic Practices on High-Density Lipoprotein and Adjustment Among Perimenopausal Women

Abstract: This randomised controlled experiment sought to investigate whether or not menopausal women who engaged in Yogic practises had improved levels of high-density lipoprotein and psychological well-being.
