Effective loading of cisplatin into a nanoscale UiO-66 metal–organic framework with preformed defects

Abstract: A high cisplatin loading of 256.5 mg g−1 (Zr6 : Pt = 1.5 : 1) was achieved by creating defects in the nano-sized UiO-66 metal–organic framework.
