Effectiveness of a bundle to prevent unplanned extubation in a pediatric intensive care unit: A multidisciplinary approach

Abstract: Endotracheal intubation is one of the most common invasive procedures in routine pediatric intensive care. Unplanned extubation occurs when an endotracheal tube is inadvertently removed.
