Effectiveness of Attitude Estimation Processing Approaches in Tolerating Radiation Soft Errors

Abstract: This paper investigates and compares the neutroninduced soft-error tolerance effectiveness of five classical attitude estimation (AE) processing approaches that are typically embedded in inertial navigation systems of autonomous things.
