The quality of employee performance is a community right that must be fulfilled by the government. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to determine the quality of employee performance at the Ujung Tanah Sub-district Office of Makassar City. The types and sources of data used are Primary Data and Secondary Data. Data collection techniques used are Observation, Interview, Documentation. The research informants were 7 people, consisting of 1 person from the Head of Ujung Tanah Subdistrict, 3 people from the Employee Staff, and 3 people from the Community. Researchers act as the main instrument in collecting the necessary data and information. The data analysis technique used is Data Condensation, Data Display, Conclusion. The results showed that the performance of the Ujung Tanah Sub-District Office employees was as expected, however, there were still some aspects that needed to be improved. Judging from the indicators used by researchers in measuring the Quality of Employee Performance in terms of Productivity aspects, the category is quite good, Service Quality is in the good category, the efficiency is in the good category, the effectiveness is in the good category, the responsiveness in the category is quite good, and the responsibility is in the good category.

An illustration of the extent to which program effectiveness is needed for evaluation purposes. This study aims to determine the student's perception of the effectiveness of the Bidikmisi Education Fee Assistance Program, Makassar State University. In order to realize this, a qualitative descriptive research type was used with research subjects as many as nine program beneficiaries from nine different faculties. Research data collection uses three alternatives (observation, interviews and documentation). The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis techniques, namely (data collection, data condensation, data presentation and verification/drawing conclusions). The results showed that based on student perceptions, the effectiveness of the Bidikmisi tuition assistance program, Makassar State University was not yet in the effective category, seeing several indicators that became benchmarks (accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives and monitoring of the program) overall less effective aspects still require attention and optimal supervision of parties related to program implementation. Regarding the superiority of research in representing the power of literacy, especially through scientific writing, research shows that literacy is able to accommodate the aspirations of not only one, but even many heads.

A quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of the application of the E-Kinerja assessment system in improving employee performance at the Rappocini District Office in Makassar City. The application of the E-Kinerja appraisal system is an independent variable, whereas employee performance is the dependent variable. The study included all the employees at the Rappocini Sub-District Office of Makassar City, amounting to 52 permanent employees and contract workers. The analysis technique used was simple regression. The results of this study were the application of the E-Kinerja assessment system application, namely the ease of using the E-Kinerja application, the achievement of targets and work realization, and attendance integrity had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely quality, quantity, implementation of duties and responsibilities at the Makassar City Rappocini Sub-district Office. Therefore, it can be concluded that with the application of the E-Kinerja appraisal system, employee performance has increased. Keywords: E-Kinerja appraisal system application, employee performance
