Effectiveness of Recurrent Selection in Irrigated Rice Breeding

Abstract: Plant breeding for quantitative traits is a complicated task; thus, the recurrent selection method has been used in the rice (Oryza sativa L.) breeding program at the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa).
